We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any a lot more. He stated he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large quantity of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he necessary to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We had been able to provide our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
